Dillon Montana is a small
southwestern Montana community with an approximate population of
4,000. Many of Dillon's residents are either farmers
or ranchers. Dillon Montana was named after Sydney
Dillon, a Union Pacific Railroad President in 1885. |

Dillon Montana is home to grizzly bears and black bears,
whitetail and mule deer, pronghorn antelope, moose, elk,
mountain lions, turkeys, eagles, swans and much more.
Dillon Montana is also host to Western Montana College of
the University of Montana
